Young Teachers' Problem Solving Contest
Teachers are the foundation and source of education, who bear the heavy responsibility of making every child grow up healthily and running education satisfactorily for the people. Thus, in order to strengthen young teachers' study of the new curriculum standards, let learning become the 'compulsory course' of young teachers, and make the professional growth of young teachers effectively promote the high-quality development of our school's education, on 24th August, Anqing Foreign Language School organized a problem-solving contest for young teachers in the Junior High School Division.
Overall, promoting learning and teaching through examinations has effectively stimulated the learning motivation of teachers in our school, facilitating the overall improvement of teachers' quality, and playing a positive role in enhancing the quality of education and teaching. On the other hand, the test scores also helped teachers examine their own professional performance, allowing them to identify problems and shortcomings, and thus better point the way to self-improvement. Therefore, let us make still further progress and go for it. Furthermore, through this contest, young teachers will insist on improving their professional skills, devote themselves to teaching and research, and strive to go further on the road of professional growth.
